READER FEEDBACK:
       I like what I've been reading in the Stellar Showcase. I also found Arun Gaur's poems quite interesting. I appreciate the fact that SSJ broadens its range and draws in poets from around the world.
       I'll keep reading SSJ in any case. You are doing a good job here; this site has a tremendous amount of things going on, and links. I'm going to have to spend more time here.     George Moore, U.S.A.

Transition Points

Wayfarer thin worn.
Eyes look straight into passages
and knife-edge settlements
have worn you
thin.

Tear the eyes if they wander.

Settlements in the cities are hilarious;
so are the cone bearing trees
in the jungles.

Lonesome are the passages;
so are the transitions through the shrubs.

        Apple Blossoms

Mud-skippers lash with their tails
the mud-banks
and produce fine froth.

Normally only a super-man beats mud.
Fires of earth lead to other fires
in a long link of chains.
Eyes of the hawk on the edge of bog has fire.
Put your papers in fire.

He sits on the edge of the bog.
Pigs sit in sewage drain
not to squirm like worms; it is their
natural paradise.
Gold dust rusts in the hands of gods.
In wheat the devil sits;
in cherries, the devils grow and in apples they rule.
What shall you do or expect or see or judge?
