I Love Romance!

Meeting someone across the room, holding the stare of amazement and feeling the butterflies and the ringing in the ear; this is romance.  A feeling of a rendezvous of heaven on earth; finding that true mate; destined to be together for eternity.

Does this sound like a romance novel to you?  The lightening, thunder and explosion of love as our eyes continue to meet. Our eagerness to share our bodies, our boundaries of romance, which continues to the engagement, marriage, the house, and then the children.

I write romance novels showcasing the hero and the heroine, and their touch of happiness until the conflict comes into the picture, and true love will be the ultimate test.  Can love survive in the midst of happy ever after? I believe, but do you believe?

Romance is the key to my existence, and I have four romance novels to prove my devotion to the craft of romance. I have Tiffany and Jeff, who I mold into two people who fall madly in love with each other as they walk over that bridge of water to reunite.

We have to know that temptation is the root of evil, and Tiffany and Jeff find themselves hopelessly in love, but there are skeletons in Tiffany’s closet. Not only is she a gorgeous black female, but she’s also running for her life.

Jeff is a very powerful white man, with gorgeous green eyes, and he lives for putting the criminals away for the duration of their lives, if death doesn’t lend a helping hand first.  Tiffany is memorized, spellbound and captured by those eyes again. Her body is betraying her all over the place; she’s hot, sweaty, dizzy and faint as she continues to gaze lovingly at Jeff.  Their destiny is sealed. Jeff and Tiffany have found bliss.

Writing romance gives me a therapy session of knowing that love does exist, and love being right around the corner on a two-way street.  I write romance because I want to believe it, see it, fix it, complicate it, conflict it, trust it, tease it, nurture it, taunt it, sex it, marry it, and then baby it.  I want to rock my world all over the place.

Yes, I do believe in romance.  I read it, and I write it; so take a ride with me, and find out the true meaning of love and romance.
