                                         How to Submit

No entry fee - submit by e-mail ONLY 
- NO ATTACHMENTS will be accepted due to virus concerns and will be
automatically deleted.

Please put 'Poetry Contest Submission' in the Subject line.

Cut & paste your poems in the body of an e-mail (both of them - or only 1 if you are
submitting only one.

        Submit 2 poems ONLY  (if you send more, only the first 2 will be considered)
                                   Poems must be titled

Here's the Do's & Don'ts   ;-)
        No lewdness, foul language and no heavy slant on religion.
        Poems not to exceed 36 lines and the stanza breaks count as lines.
        Line length 44 characters including punctuation and spaces (max)
        Single spaced 12 pt font.   No fancy fonts. 
        Check for spelling & grammar errors

   No revisions will be accepted once a poem(s) is entered.

        You must include:  your full name, postal address and email address   
                  Please include a short bio (50 words max) with your poem/s.

                  Entries missing contact information or  failing to follow the guidelines,
                 will not be considered for the competition
 
Only winners will be contacted
The judges reserve the right to name Honourable Mentions

 Winners will be published in the Stellar Showcase Journal -
 Summer Issue 2009    (both online & print)
and winners will receive a print copy of the Summer Issue 2009. 
All rights return to the poet after publication of the Summer Issue (online & print).
